The reason, I think, is that a typical success story like this is so close to our daily life. Moreover we can understand so deeply, it is not just a story, but a good will from people’s inner heart. By implication, we see a 4-step definitions of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess. So you’d better find your princess as soon as possible; 2 ) challenges to be meet, as represented by the three tasks. Only if you directly meet the challenge, can you besuccessful; 3 ) the process of overcoming difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage. “士不可以不弘毅，任重而道远”作为一个80后的年轻人，一个国家，一个民族的希望所在，心中无不闪烁着梦想，那么现在就是我们努力实现梦想的时候。当前我们正处于一个承前启后，继往开来的转折点，有一大批的工程项目等着我们去建设，有一系列的技术等着我们去攻关，有一大片市场等着我们去开拓，有一整套的经验等着我们去探索。
当一个人把自己的青春融入到自己的事业的时候，那么他的青春不会流失，他的事业也必将在岁月的历练中折射出耀眼的光芒!“有的人活着他已经死了，有的人死了他还活着，生命的意义在于活着，并且要好好活着，正如《士兵突击》中的许三多，总是说要好好活，总是说好好活就是做很多有意义的事，那么什么才是有意义的事呢?怎样才能活的更有意义呢?我想那就要奉献。如果我们不付出，不创造，不追求，不奉献，那这样的青春必会稍纵即逝。回首过去，没有追忆，人生渺茫，这绝对不是我们活着的意义。
我们选择了工程单位，从某种意义上来说，就已经选择了奉献。远离了都市的繁华，城市的喧嚣，绚丽的生活，时尚的气息，沉淀了心情在这里驻足，扎根。我们是失去了一些东西，但是我们没有失去最为宝贵的青春，我们也没有辜负自己的青春，因为我们正用汗水见证着成长，用奉献丈量着价值，拥有青春的人们在这原本荒凉的土地上创造人生的奇迹，抒写青春的乐章。
我们项目部就是是年轻的一分子，就是青春的象征，在这里的年轻人们都拥有着美丽的青春，我们是热血沸腾的一代，虽然我们出生于不同的年代，工作在不同的岗位，但我们拥有一个共同的家。在这里，我们信守着同样的企业精神，写下同样的奉献承诺，怀揣着同样奋斗的梦想，拥有同样的壮美青春。纵使我们的一生平淡无华，也无关紧要，因为只有我们自己最清楚平凡的岗位需要我们付出，完美的工程需要我们付出，构建和谐企业更需要我们年轻人共同付出，而这些付出无疑就是一种奉献，它不分大小，多少，先后。让我们悄悄地奉献，因为我们的人生会因为奉献而变得充实美丽。
拥有青春的人们，让我们拿出奥林匹克的精神，点燃心中的圣火，在和谐社会的大环境下，释放青春的激情，展现青春的风采，秀出激昂的主旋律，为公司的明天而努力奋斗!

尊敬的评委、敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家上午好!
我是来自××的××，今天，我演讲的题目是《丢弃惰性，奋斗梦想》!
说实话，当初报名参加这个演讲比赛的初衷只是为了锻炼一下自己的能力，根本就没有考究这次比赛该讲什么?而当我真正知道演讲的题目是“放飞梦想，畅响自强”的时候，我茫然了。因为我根本就记不起自己的梦想是什么?
回忆当初，高考失利后无奈只能选择一所三本学校就读的时候，我就暗暗发誓，我必须在大学里好好努力，一定要把高考留下的遗憾给补回来，一定要创出属于自己的一片天地。
可是上了大学后的我却在大学宽松自由的环境中变得堕落颓废，早上赖床睡懒觉，晚上卧谈到深夜，一有空余时间就往网吧里钻，学习对于我来说似乎成了一件奢侈品，现在的我也早已习惯了自由懒散，我的内心也已经麻木了，根本不知道理想是怎么回事了。
然而这次演讲的主题深深地触动了我，也深深的把我给激醒，在准备这次演讲的过程中，我似乎明白了许多，成长了许多。人的一生很短暂，如果一个人活在世上的唯一目的就是平庸地活下去，那么这个人就是在世上流浪了一辈子。一个人只有树立远大的理想，并且为了这个理想而不为挫折，坚持不懈得奋斗下去，才能完成一个人应该完成的事。
有些人或许在怀疑自己是否有这个能力，质疑自己的资质。而我想说的就是发光并不是太阳的专利，我们同样可以，要想别人看的起自己，首先得自己看的起自己。每个人都有自己潜在的能量，只是很容易就被习惯所掩盖，被时间所迷离，被惰性所消磨。所以我们必须树立起自己的梦想一步一步的往前走，终究会触及梦想的边缘的。河大工商学院曾和我一样落魄迷茫的朋友们站起来吧!梦想总是为愿意奋斗的人准备的，让我们都从一个微不足道的开始而为自己的梦想而努力吧!
也许在这过程中，我们会遇到许多坎坷，但我们都得明白“天将降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为。”挫折是必定会有的，但我们不应该有所畏惧，因为我们的梦想在前方，我们有着一双可以为梦想而努力的双脚，就算倒下了，我们也要毫不犹豫的站起来继续走下去，用《亮剑》里面李云龙的一句话就是“死，也要死在冲锋的路上”。我们都要“是人当自强”，说到“自强”这个词，我曾刻意地查过它的含义，字典上的解释就是：自己努力向上。不要在乎自己站在哪个位置，只要坚持自己梦想的方向，自强不息，时刻鞭策自己激励自己，那么最后我们也同样会站在辉煌的至高点，并且有可能我们会比别人站得更高，因为我们一直在努力向上。没有比脚更长的路，没有比人更高的山，我们只要积极努力向上，不断地超越自己，我们就可以骄傲的对着天空说我的未来不是梦，因为我们一直在做一个努力向上，不断超越的自强之人。
同学们，虽然我们现在的起点会比别人低，虽然我们看起来
不如别人，但是，我坚信，总有一天我们会爬上高峰，跟起点高的人同一高度，因为，只要有梦想，只要有一个为梦想而发愤图强的心，我们的未来都不是梦。那么，同学们，让我们玩起手来，让我们从今天开始告别昨日的堕落，让我们为自己的梦想而努力奋斗吧!
